TREY BROWN
Trey specializes in legal services for motion picture productions and talent representation for actors, musicians, producers, writers and key department heads. Beyond his entertainment practice, he also provides legal services for small businesses, including business entity formations and and compliance, federal trademark registration and management, and labor law compliance. Prior to private practice, Trey worked at SAG-AFTRA, Goodman, Genow, Schenkman, Smelkinson, and Christopher, LLP, and the Kane Law Firm.

DAYNA RICHARDS
Of Counsel
Dayna represents filmmakers, musicians, non-profits, and small businesses. Prior to private practice she worked at Warner Music, Music Reports, Sony Pictures, 20th Century Fox TV, and the Estate of Bruce Lee. Dayna is fluent in Spanish, and is also a professional musician.
